Hello & Welcome!

My name is Mrs. Nesbitt, Director of School Services
This is my first year at Clara B Ford Academy and I am
excited to be here! Prior to coming to Clara B Ford Academy, I worked in administration
in Southfield, Michigan. I have worked in the field of education for almost 19
years in various roles/responsibilities and absolutely loved every journey. I received my
undergraduate degree from Wayne State University. I earned both of my master’s
degrees in Counseling Education and Educational Leadership from Wayne State and
Central Michigan Universities.
During my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, volunteering and spending
time with family and friends. I also love to catch up on the TV series, Chicago
PD with my husband when we get some free time.
I am looking forward to a rewarding year with the students and staff of
Clara B Ford Academy!
